These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HurryUpCabs website, mobile applications, digital platforms, customer support channels, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
HurryUpCabs provides a technology-based marketplace intended to connect customers with independent service providers for mobility, passenger transportation, goods transportation, and related services. The available categories may include:
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, submitting a service inquiry, purchasing an inquiry, placing a booking, recharging a partner wallet, or otherwise using any Platform feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other policies presented to you.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
These Terms apply to customers, drivers, vehicle owners, fleet operators, transporters, construction-equipment providers, business partners, and other users, as applicable to their role.
Additional terms may apply to specific bookings, service categories, promotional offers, partner programs, wallet transactions, or business arrangements. Where a specific written agreement applies to a particular service, it will be read together with these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific agreement will prevail only to the extent of that conflict and subject to applicable law.
For the purposes of these Terms:
“HurryUpCabs,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” means the legal entity operating the HurryUpCabs Platform. The registered legal entity name and address must be inserted before publication.
“Platform” means the HurryUpCabs website, customer application, partner application, related software, communication channels, and associated technology services.
“Customer” means an individual or business requesting or purchasing a service through the Platform.
“Partner” or “Service Provider” means an independent driver, vehicle owner, fleet operator, transporter, travel operator, construction-equipment owner, or other person or business offering services through the Platform.
“Driver” means the person operating a vehicle for a service arranged through the Platform.
“Inquiry” means a customer-submitted request containing service requirements, such as the category, location, destination, date, time, vehicle or equipment requirement, and other relevant details.
“Inquiry Purchase” means a transaction through which an eligible Partner pays the applicable fee to access the customer contact information or other details made available for that inquiry.
“Booking” means a service request that progresses to a booking or confirmation stage under the applicable booking process.
“Partner Wallet” means the in-app balance or ledger used to record eligible partner recharges, inquiry charges, commissions, adjustments, and other Platform-related transactions.
“Charges” means the amounts payable for transportation, equipment, additional services, inquiry purchases, commissions, cancellation, or other disclosed fees.
“Third-Party Provider” means an independent person or business providing a service that is accessed or arranged through the Platform.
HurryUpCabs operates a technology platform intended to facilitate connections between customers and service providers. Depending on the service and the applicable contractual arrangement, a service may be provided by an independent Partner rather than directly by HurryUpCabs.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific written agreement, HurryUpCabs does not represent that every vehicle, driver, bus, truck, or piece of equipment displayed or offered through the Platform is owned or operated by HurryUpCabs.
Services may vary by city, location, service category, vehicle availability, partner participation, local regulations, and operational conditions. Displaying a service category does not guarantee that a suitable Partner will be available for every request.
HurryUpCabs may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or categories, subject to applicable law and any confirmed contractual obligations.
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically guarantee that a Partner will respond, provide a quotation, accept a request, or complete a booking. Availability, pricing, and final confirmation may depend on the Partner, customer requirements, location, date, and other relevant circumstances.
Where a Customer contracts directly with a Partner, the Customer and Partner are responsible for the agreed service, subject to applicable law and any role expressly undertaken by HurryUpCabs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any obligation or liability that applicable law places directly on HurryUpCabs.
Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. Users registering as individuals must generally be at least 18 years old.
A person under 18 must not independently create an account or enter into a service arrangement where prohibited by law. Any permitted use by a minor must be supervised and arranged by a legally responsible adult.
Users must provide accurate, complete, current, and lawful information when creating or updating an account. This may include:
Users must promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, OTPs, and other authentication details. Users must not share verification codes with unauthorised persons or allow another person to misuse their account.
You must promptly notify HurryUpCabs if you suspect unauthorised access, fraudulent activity, or misuse of your account.
Unless expressly permitted, a user must not create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, obtain repeated promotional benefits, manipulate ratings, evade charges, or engage in fraudulent activity.
HurryUpCabs may request reasonable information to verify account ownership or investigate suspected misuse.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. This does not remove the responsibility of HurryUpCabs or another party for its own acts, omissions, security failures, or legal obligations.
A Customer may submit an inquiry for a listed service. The Customer must provide genuine and accurate requirements, including the relevant pickup or service location, destination, date, time, passenger or load details, vehicle or equipment category, and any other information requested by the Platform.
Incomplete, misleading, duplicate, or false inquiries may be declined or removed.
HurryUpCabs may use mobile OTP verification or other verification methods to help confirm that a customer contact number is accessible and that an inquiry is submitted through the intended account.
OTP verification is a verification measure and does not, by itself, guarantee a Customer’s identity, financial capacity, intention to book, or eventual availability.
Relevant inquiry details may be shared with eligible Partners to obtain quotations or facilitate a service match. Depending on the inquiry process and the stage of the transaction, a Partner may initially see limited requirements and may need to purchase the inquiry to access additional customer contact information.
Users acknowledge that personal information necessary for a requested connection may be shared in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
A Partner may offer a quotation based on the requirements submitted by the Customer. The Customer and Partner should clarify the total price, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, tolls, parking, waiting time, extra kilometres, additional stops, loading and unloading, equipment operation, overtime, and any other relevant costs before confirming the arrangement.
A quotation is not a confirmed booking unless the applicable booking process has been completed.
A booking is confirmed only when the applicable confirmation requirements have been satisfied and the Platform, Customer, or Partner has communicated confirmation in the manner applicable to that service.
An inquiry submission, inquiry purchase, quotation, telephone conversation, or preliminary message alone does not necessarily constitute confirmation.
Changes to the date, route, destination, duration, vehicle or equipment type, load, passenger count, or other material requirements may affect availability and price. The Customer and Partner should agree to any revised terms before the changed service is performed.
HurryUpCabs may help communicate or record changes but does not guarantee that a Partner will accept them.
Where the Platform displays an estimated time for a Partner to contact a Customer, that time is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers should not assume that a service is confirmed merely because a Partner is expected to contact them.
Partners must have the legal capacity, authority, registrations, licences, permits, insurance, and other qualifications required for their particular services.
Partners must ensure that their drivers, vehicles, equipment, and business operations comply with applicable transport, road-safety, labour, tax, environmental, and other legal requirements.
Depending on the service category, HurryUpCabs may request documents such as:
Partners must provide authentic, valid, and up-to-date information and must promptly report expiry, suspension, cancellation, or material changes.
HurryUpCabs may use internal checks, third-party verification services, document validation, vehicle-record services, or other lawful methods to assess information submitted by a Partner.
Verification may reduce certain risks but does not guarantee that every document, statement, vehicle condition, service capability, or future act of a Partner is error-free or risk-free.
A Partner must not claim to be “verified” or display verification credentials beyond the scope authorised by HurryUpCabs.
HurryUpCabs may request additional documentation, restrict a listing, suspend access, or decline a Partner where information is incomplete, expired, inconsistent, suspected to be fraudulent, or insufficient to satisfy applicable requirements.
Where reasonably practicable, the Partner may be given an opportunity to correct a deficiency or respond to an adverse decision, except where immediate action is necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of users.
A Partner remains responsible for the legality, roadworthiness, maintenance, safety, suitability, and operation of the vehicle or equipment supplied, as well as the conduct and qualifications of its drivers and personnel.
Partners agree to:
Partners must not impersonate HurryUpCabs, represent themselves as employees or agents without authorisation, or make commitments on behalf of HurryUpCabs beyond their actual authority.
The final service price may be displayed on the Platform, quoted by a Partner, or agreed between the Customer and Partner through the applicable process.
Before confirming a booking, the Customer should review the price, payment timing, included distance or duration, waiting charges, overtime, tolls, parking, taxes, permits, loading and unloading, equipment operation, additional stops, and other applicable costs.
Additional charges may apply where disclosed and lawfully applicable, including:
Where possible, the Customer should obtain receipts for third-party charges paid separately.
Payments may be processed through payment gateways, bank transfers, cards, UPI, wallets, or other methods made available by HurryUpCabs.
Users must provide correct payment details and must not use unauthorised payment methods, stolen instruments, or another person’s payment account without permission.
A payment is treated as successful according to the applicable payment provider’s transaction status and the Platform’s records, subject to correction of genuine errors.
A pending, failed, reversed, or disputed payment may require additional verification. Users should retain transaction references, receipts, and relevant communications.
Where a Customer is required to pay a Partner directly, the parties should agree on the amount and payment method in advance and retain appropriate proof of payment.
Customers should not make undisclosed or unauthorised payments to drivers or Partners. Partners must not demand unauthorised charges or misrepresent them as mandatory Platform fees.
Applicable taxes will be charged, collected, and documented as required by law. The party responsible for issuing an invoice or receipt will depend on the nature of the transaction, the contracting parties, and applicable tax rules.
Users are responsible for providing correct tax details where required.
HurryUpCabs may revise Platform fees, inquiry charges, commission rates, or other commercial charges prospectively. Applicable charges should be disclosed through the Platform or relevant partner agreement before the affected transaction is completed.
A change will not automatically alter a completed transaction unless the user agrees or the change is otherwise permitted by law.
HurryUpCabs may allow Partners to purchase access to customer inquiries for the purpose of evaluating requirements, contacting prospective customers, submitting quotations, and pursuing potential bookings.
An inquiry purchase is a fee for access to the applicable inquiry information and Platform functionality. It is not a guarantee that the Customer will confirm a booking or that the Partner will earn revenue.
The applicable inquiry charge and any minimum wallet recharge requirement will be displayed in the Partner application or communicated through the relevant partner program.
Partners should check the displayed category, fee, available balance, and applicable terms before purchasing an inquiry.
After a successful inquiry purchase, the Platform may disclose the contact information and other details permitted for that inquiry.
Partners must use those details only for legitimate follow-up concerning the requested service and must not sell, publish, misuse, or share them with unauthorised parties.
HurryUpCabs does not guarantee that a Customer will answer calls, respond to messages, negotiate, accept a quotation, or complete a booking.
Where a Partner reports that a purchased inquiry is invalid, duplicated, materially incorrect, or unreachable, HurryUpCabs may review the matter under its applicable inquiry refund or credit policy.
Any refund or credit is subject to the published policy, verification of the circumstances, and applicable law. No blanket exclusion of refunds will apply where a refund is legally required.
Partners must not use purchased inquiries for spam, unrelated marketing, harassment, unlawful profiling, unauthorised data resale, or any purpose unrelated to the requested service.
HurryUpCabs may restrict inquiry access or suspend an account for suspected abuse, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Where the Platform supports a rate-offer or confirmed-booking model, the Customer and Partner may submit or negotiate rates using the available functionality.
The applicable booking process should identify when a booking becomes confirmed and when a Platform commission becomes payable.
Where the applicable Partner program specifies a commission of 7% of the confirmed booking amount, that commission may be deducted from the Partner Wallet or settled through another disclosed payment method in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
The commission basis, treatment of taxes, refunds, cancellations, adjustments, and any exceptions should be disclosed in the relevant partner interface or written agreement.
If a different rate applies to a category, promotion, or written partner arrangement, the rate expressly disclosed for that arrangement will apply.
Partners authorise the Platform to record and apply properly disclosed commissions, inquiry charges, and other contractually agreed fees to their Partner Wallet or applicable settlement account.
Transaction histories should be made available through the Platform where supported. Partners should promptly report apparent discrepancies and provide relevant transaction references.
If a booking is cancelled, reversed, or refunded, any commission adjustment will be handled according to the applicable booking and commission policy.
A commission will not be treated as irrevocably earned where the applicable policy or law requires a reversal or adjustment.
Customers and Partners must not use the Platform to obtain contact details or introductions and then engage in deception, fraudulent conduct, or other activity intended to evade an expressly agreed fee or commission.
This clause does not prevent lawful communications or arrangements that the applicable partner agreement expressly permits.
The Partner Wallet is used for eligible Platform transactions, which may include inquiry purchases, commissions, or other disclosed charges. It is not a bank account or general-purpose deposit account unless expressly stated otherwise.
Minimum recharge amounts, category eligibility, inquiry rates, applicable taxes, and other wallet conditions will be displayed in the Partner application or relevant partner terms.
Partners should review these conditions before making a recharge.
The wallet balance may be used only for permitted Platform transactions. It may not be used for unlawful transactions, transferred to another user, or redeemed as cash except where the Platform expressly permits it or applicable law requires otherwise.
Partner wallet recharges are generally non-refundable and are not ordinarily withdrawable or transferable to a bank account. This condition is subject to applicable law and does not prevent correction of verified payment errors, duplicate payments, unauthorised transactions, or refunds that are otherwise legally required.
Partners should recharge only after reviewing the relevant category, inquiry fee, minimum recharge requirement, and wallet conditions.
If a Partner believes that a recharge was debited but not credited, was duplicated, or was made in error, the Partner should contact support with the payment reference, date, amount, and supporting evidence.
HurryUpCabs may investigate with its payment provider and make an appropriate correction where justified.
The Platform may deduct applicable inquiry fees, commissions, and other clearly disclosed amounts authorised by the Partner under the applicable terms.
A Partner may raise a good-faith dispute about a deduction through the support process. Any undisputed amounts remain payable.
Where an account is suspended or closed, HurryUpCabs may temporarily restrict wallet use while investigating fraud, chargebacks, legal obligations, or disputed transactions.
Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the applicable wallet terms, the circumstances of the closure, and applicable law. This clause does not authorise unlawful forfeiture of funds.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and any cancellation terms displayed before booking confirmation. Users should review those terms before making payment.
A Customer may request cancellation through the available Platform process or support channel. Refund eligibility may depend on the booking status, timing of cancellation, type of service, payments already made, Partner commitments, and the disclosed cancellation policy.
Any applicable cancellation charge must be properly disclosed and legally permissible.
A Partner should not cancel a confirmed booking without a legitimate reason and should inform the Customer and HurryUpCabs promptly.
Repeated unjustified cancellations, false availability, or failure to honour confirmed bookings may result in investigation, restrictions, or suspension.
If a confirmed service is not provided, the Customer should report the issue promptly with the booking reference and relevant evidence.
HurryUpCabs may investigate, contact the Partner, assist with an alternative where reasonably available, or process a refund or other adjustment under the applicable policy and law.
Where a Partner purchases an inquiry and the Customer’s phone is switched off, unreachable, or the Customer does not respond, the Partner may submit a support request for review.
A refund or wallet credit may be considered where the inquiry satisfies the eligibility conditions in the published inquiry refund policy. The Partner may be asked to provide call logs, timestamps, or other reasonable supporting information. A refund or credit is not automatic unless the applicable policy or law requires it.
Verified duplicate payments, failed transactions in which funds were debited, and other established payment errors will be reviewed for correction or refund in accordance with the payment provider’s process and applicable law.
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method or another lawful method where necessary. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, or other financial institution.
HurryUpCabs may request reasonable information needed to investigate and process a refund.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right, refund entitlement, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Customers agree to:
Customers should check the available driver and vehicle details before commencing a journey where such details are provided. If the assigned vehicle, driver, or equipment materially differs from the confirmed arrangement, the Customer should contact support or the Partner and avoid proceeding where doing so would create a safety or legal concern.
Drivers and Partners must hold the licences, permits, registrations, fitness certificates, insurance, and other authorisations required by applicable law.
Vehicles and equipment must be maintained in a condition appropriate for the service and must satisfy applicable safety requirements.
Partners must not knowingly provide a vehicle or piece of equipment that is unsafe, unlawfully operated, materially misrepresented, or unsuitable for the agreed service.
Vehicle models, seating capacity, body type, payload, dimensions, equipment capability, air-conditioning availability, and other specifications may vary by Partner and location.
A Customer should confirm essential specifications before booking. A listing or category description must not be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular brand, model, registration number, or feature unless expressly confirmed.
A Partner should obtain the Customer’s agreement before making a material substitution to the confirmed vehicle, driver, equipment, or service arrangement, except where an immediate change is reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.
Smoking, intoxication while driving or operating equipment, harassment, dangerous driving, unauthorised passengers, unlawful cargo, and other conduct prohibited by law or the relevant service rules are not permitted.
Users must not:
HurryUpCabs may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action under these Terms and applicable law.
The Platform may allow users to submit ratings, reviews, feedback, photographs, complaints, documents, and other content.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they submit and must not upload unlawful, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, discriminatory, or privacy-violating material.
To the extent necessary to operate, support, secure, improve, and promote the Platform, users grant HurryUpCabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and use submitted content for those purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
This licence does not transfer ownership of a user’s content to HurryUpCabs. Personal information and sensitive documents will be handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
HurryUpCabs may review, restrict, or remove content that reasonably appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, user safety, or the integrity of the Platform.
Where appropriate and practicable, the affected user may be informed of the action and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Users must not post fabricated reviews, buy or sell ratings, or threaten another user to manipulate feedback.
HurryUpCabs may moderate suspicious activity and take steps to preserve the reliability of ratings.
The collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in the HurryUpCabs Privacy Policy, which forms part of the Platform’s terms.
Depending on the transaction, information may include contact details, booking requirements, location, vehicle and driver details, payment status, support communications, and verification results.
Such information may be shared with relevant Customers, Partners, payment providers, verification providers, or other authorised parties where reasonably necessary for the service or permitted by law.
HurryUpCabs may send OTPs, booking confirmations, service updates, payment notices, safety alerts, and support communications by SMS, phone, email, WhatsApp, in-app notification, or other available channels.
Marketing communications, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with consent requirements and applicable law.
Some features may require location access to identify pickup points, estimate distances, facilitate navigation, or connect users with nearby Partners. Users can manage device permissions, but disabling certain permissions may limit related functionality.
Any collection or use of background location data must be explained in the Privacy Policy and handled in accordance with applicable platform rules and law.
HurryUpCabs may disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, address safety incidents, process payments, resolve disputes, or protect users and the Platform, subject to applicable law.
The Platform may integrate with or link to payment gateways, maps, messaging services, verification providers, analytics tools, and other third-party systems.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. HurryUpCabs does not control all third-party systems and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or performance.
Where a third party independently provides a service, that provider remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations, subject to applicable law and any commitments expressly undertaken by HurryUpCabs.
HurryUpCabs will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The Platform may be unavailable or restricted due to maintenance, software updates, network failures, telecommunications issues, payment provider outages, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
HurryUpCabs may update, repair, or modify Platform features. Where a change materially affects a confirmed transaction, the Company will handle the matter in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and law.
Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, internet access, and appropriate device security.
Unless otherwise stated, the Platform’s software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, databases, interfaces, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to HurryUpCabs.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended lawful purposes.
Users must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, or create derivative works from Platform materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of HurryUpCabs intellectual property to a user.
HurryUpCabs may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or feature where reasonably necessary because of:
Where appropriate and practicable, HurryUpCabs may notify the user of the reason for a restriction and provide an opportunity to submit an explanation or supporting documents.
Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to address urgent safety risks, suspected fraud, legal obligations, or threats to users or the Platform.
Upon termination, a user may lose access to Platform features and must stop using any restricted account.
Termination does not automatically eliminate valid outstanding payment obligations, rights to raise a legitimate payment dispute, or any rights that survive under applicable law.
Any remaining wallet balance, pending refund, commission, or other settlement will be handled according to the applicable policy, agreement, and law.
The Platform may display quotations, estimates, availability information, distances, arrival times, verification statuses, and other information derived from user submissions, Partners, software, or third-party sources.
HurryUpCabs will take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information, but it does not guarantee that every third-party submission or estimate will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Where services are provided by independent Partners, those Partners are responsible for their own service delivery, personnel, vehicles, equipment, licences, and legal compliance.
HurryUpCabs does not guarantee that every Partner will accept a request, respond immediately, arrive at a particular time, or perform a service without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HurryUpCabs is not responsible for losses caused solely by an independent Partner’s acts or omissions where HurryUpCabs has no legal responsibility for those acts or omissions.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where legally applicable, breach of a non-excludable statutory duty, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, HurryUpCabs will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, such as certain lost profits or business opportunities arising from a third-party service failure.
This limitation does not affect rights or remedies that cannot be restricted by contract.
Any limitation of liability will be interpreted subject to applicable law and the actual role of HurryUpCabs in the relevant transaction. These Terms do not impose a fixed monetary cap that would unlawfully remove a Customer’s or Partner’s statutory rights.
Users should exercise reasonable care when selecting a service, checking booking details, confirming the identity of a driver or Partner, and handling payment or safety concerns.
Nothing in this section requires a user to accept an unsafe, unlawful, or materially misrepresented service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user may be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses directly arising from that user’s unlawful conduct, fraud, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, or misuse of the Platform.
Any indemnity will apply only to the extent attributable to the user’s relevant conduct. It does not require a user to indemnify HurryUpCabs for losses caused by HurryUpCabs’ own negligence, breach, fraud, or other conduct for which responsibility cannot lawfully be transferred.
HurryUpCabs will provide reasonable notice of an indemnity claim where practicable and will not unreasonably prevent the affected user from participating in the defence or resolution of the claim.
HurryUpCabs will not be treated as having breached an obligation to the extent performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, epidemics, infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, cyber incidents, or interruption of essential third-party services.
The affected party should take reasonable steps to reduce the impact of the event and resume performance where practicable.
This clause does not remove payment, refund, consumer-protection, or other obligations that remain applicable under law.
HurryUpCabs may revise these Terms to reflect changes in services, business processes, technology, security requirements, or applicable law.
The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, or where a change materially affects users’ rights or obligations, appropriate notice or consent will be obtained.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. A change will not automatically rewrite a completed transaction or remove a right that has already accrued.
Continued use of the Platform after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to a material change, you should discontinue use of the affected service and contact support regarding any existing transaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory legal protections that apply to the relevant user or transaction.
Users are encouraged to contact HurryUpCabs support first and provide the relevant booking reference, inquiry ID, payment reference, or other supporting information.
The parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve a dispute in good faith through communication and negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue any remedy available under applicable law before a court, consumer commission, tribunal, or other competent forum.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a statutory right to approach a competent consumer forum or other authority.
Subject to applicable law and the rules governing territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction, courts of competent jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, may hear disputes arising from the Platform or these Terms where those courts legally have jurisdiction.
This clause does not confer jurisdiction on a court that would otherwise lack it, nor does it exclude a mandatory forum or statutory remedy available under applicable law.
If HurryUpCabs adopts a separate arbitration agreement for a particular commercial relationship, that agreement must clearly set out the applicable process and comply with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended, and other applicable law.
These Terms alone do not require a consumer to submit a dispute to arbitration where such a requirement would be invalid or unenforceable.
HurryUpCabs may provide notices through the Platform, registered email address, SMS, in-app notifications, or other contact details associated with an account, subject to applicable law.
Users should ensure that their contact details remain accurate and should promptly report suspected account misuse, payment discrepancies, safety incidents, or material service problems.
Official support details to be completed before publication:
Complaints will be handled through the applicable support and grievance process, subject to relevant legal requirements.
These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, service-specific conditions, and any valid written agreement, constitute the agreement governing the relevant use of the Platform.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary where legally permitted. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Users may not transfer their account or rights under these Terms without prior authorisation where required. HurryUpCabs may transfer or reorganise its business or contractual rights in connection with a lawful restructuring, merger, acquisition, or transfer of business, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.
Use of the Platform does not by itself create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between HurryUpCabs and a Customer or independent Partner. The actual legal relationship will depend on the applicable agreement, the nature of the services, and applicable law.
Nothing in this clause overrides a relationship or duty that arises by law or from a separate written agreement.
If these Terms are translated into another language, the translations are intended to help users understand the Terms. In the event of a discrepancy, the version specified by HurryUpCabs will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any mandatory language requirements.
Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, privacy, liability, indemnity, disputes, and other matters that by their nature should continue will survive termination to the extent applicable.
For questions regarding these Terms, bookings, Partner registration, inquiry charges, wallet transactions, commissions, or complaints, please contact HurryUpCabs through the official support channels listed on https://hurryupcabs.com.
By using the HurryUpCabs Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, subject to all rights and protections available under applicable law.
