HurryUp is a technology-driven transportation platform and does not sell or ship physical products. Our "delivery" refers to the successful confirmation, driver assignment, and completion of your booked service.

2. Booking Confirmation

• Booking confirmation is sent instantly via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or in-app notification.
• Driver details are shared once a nearby driver accepts your booking.
• Booking confirmation depends on vehicle availability in your selected location.

3. Driver Assignment & Service Delivery

Once your booking is accepted, you can track your assigned driver and estimated arrival time through the HurryUp App. Please be available at the pickup location on time to avoid delays.

4. Delays & Service Availability

While we always aim for timely service, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, vehicle availability, road restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our team will keep you informed whenever possible.

5. Service Coverage

HurryUp provides transportation services across major cities, towns, villages, airports, and intercity routes throughout India. Service availability may vary depending on your location and vehicle category.
