HurryUp Cabs is known for its transparency and honesty. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any ride. This helps ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for both you and our drivers.
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your cab booking anytime before the scheduled pick-up by calling our 24/7 customer support at +91 708 112 3339. We offer an easy and flexible cancellation policy.
Cancellation Charges
- Free Cancellation: If no driver or cab details have been shared with you yet, your booking can be cancelled free of charge.
- Paid Cancellation: If you cancel after driver/car details are shared, your advance is non-refundable.
- If the driver waits over 45 minutes and you are unreachable or gave wrong details, cancellation or waiting charges may apply.
- If you cancel after driver confirmation, the advance is non-refundable.
- If the driver cancels, a penalty of ₹500 to ₹1500 is charged to the driver.
- For cancellations due to natural calamities or force majeure, a non-expiring voucher will be issued equal to your advance amount.
Refund Policy
- No Refund After Cab Is Arranged: No refund if you cancel or don’t travel after a driver is arranged.
- Refund If Cab Not Arranged: Full refund if we fail to arrange a cab.
- Service Charge Only: We charge only a minimal booking fee. Full fare is paid directly to the driver.
- Extra Payments: Extra payments to the driver (tips, tolls, etc.) are non-refundable.
Driver Subscription Model
- Drivers pay a monthly subscription for regular bookings (e.g., ₹499).
- If bookings don't reach ₹3,000 value, the subscription carries forward to the next month.
- This policy does not affect passengers.
Extra Km or Waiting Time
- If you travel extra or take more time, you must pay the driver directly.
- We do not refund these extra charges.
No Damages or Compensation
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience during or after the ride.
Subscription Refunds
- Our subscription/service charges are prepaid and non-refundable.
- No auto-deduction system in place.
- For overpayment due to technical errors, contact us at hurryupcabs@gmail.com or call +91 708 112 3339. Refunds (if applicable) processed within 7 to 14 days.
Breakdown During Trip
- If the vehicle breaks down and is not resolved in reasonable time, a voucher equal to the advance will be issued.
Note: HurryUp Cabs reserves the right to hold your full advance payment if you misbehave with the driver in any way—physically, verbally, or mentally. We and the driver reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.
